City Of Bixby Cemetery Construction/Remodel


The City of Bixby, Oklahoma is hereby City of Bixby is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural/engineering firms to assist in space planning, design, and construction services for the Bixby Cemetery upgrades, which includes the Chapel/Office remodel and retaining wall construction.

Interested firms are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the work.

The schedule for the project is proposed as follows, receive proposals from Contractors, August 2026; Evaluation of submittals, August 2026; Initiate contract negotiations with qualified contractor, August 2026; Award Contract, September 2026; Contract start date, September 2026. The building is estimated to be 3,125 square feet.

All Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) must be received by mail or in person to the City Clerk at 111 N. Cabaniss Ave Bixby, Oklahoma 74008 on or before August 10, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. C.S.T. No SOQ will be accepted for consideration after the deadline specified above. SOQs will be reviewed and ranked by a City selection team.  Depending on the submittals received, firms may be invited to participate in a follow-up interview.  It is anticipated that a consultant will be selected from this process and a contract will be negotiated with work to begin immediately.

The City of Bixby will notify all unsuccessful applicants of the contract award after a firm has been selected, the fee negotiated, and the contract executed.
