Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the bid and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified bid date, shall conform with the
additions, deletions and revisions listed as herein.

QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: I understand that Page 9 states the pricing should include all transportation, labor, materials, and
equipment. My question is regarding orders of less than two cubic yards. We typically charge a flat short-load
fee for those smaller quantities rather than incorporating that cost into the per-yard price.
Is there a way to show that on the pricing sheet through an addendum or another method, or should we instead
calculate that cost into the unit prices shown in the table on Page 16?
A1: All bidders shall utilize Page 16 for bid pricing and the form must be entirely completed. The
County does not allow any modifications to any pages in the bid form.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260504.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
