SOLICITATION

1. This procurement is using the procedures of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Class Deviation 2026-O0028 –Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 212 and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.201-1.

This solicitation is being issued with the intent of awarding a Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC).

The resultant contract will be fixed price, with an economic price adjustment (EPA), with (1) two-year base term and (3) one-year option terms.

6. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD: It is the responsibility of all parties submitting quotes to this Request for Quote (RFQ), to read, understand and comply with the terms, conditions and restrictions of this solicitation. Please submit one signed copy of your offer, in accordance with Section A of the RFQ ((Company’s Information – Name & Address and CAGE Code in Block 17a) and wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively), no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 06 April 2026.

All quotes must be submitted via the DLA INTERNET BID BOARD SYSTEM (DIBBS) AT https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and shall remain valid for 120 calendar days following the due date unless the vendor states otherwise.
