Description
It is in the interest of the parties to the agreement that a workable configuration of equipment be put in place at all locations when required by the Division. The selected supplier will be required to consult with the Division’s agent to provide the best combination of equipment and service which meets the specific needs of that location during the term of the contract.
The Division is interested in the primary copiers being digital equipment that can be connected to the local area network and be utilized as a print station, colour scanner, Scan to e-mail, as well as a copier. The Primary unit at each location will be a new and current model. We will not entertain any other terms defining new and/or current model. It would be pertinent to include Black printing models with speeds between 30 copies per minute to 85 copies per minute, as well as Colour printing models from 30 copies per minute to 60 copies per minute in your proposal submission.
Each supplier will provide an RFP to supply equipment that meets or exceeds the above general specifications.
