King Conservation District (KCD) is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to complete the King Conservation District 2026 Vantage Glen King County Housing Authority Project. This Project involves the treatment and control of woody invasive Scotch broom, Himalayan blackberry, English ivy, and other pervasive weed species and planting of gaps and open areas (totaling approximately 13 acres) located in Renton, WA. Linked below are the request for bids and scope of work. We anticipate the project schedule to extend from Spring 2026 to Fall 2027 (with monitoring and maintenance through 2029).

A pre-bid meeting is available Thursday, March 5, 11am, at the Vantage Glen Community Center parking lot (18100 107th Place SE, Renton, WA). Please RSVP if interested in attending.
