The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Winhall Brook Stream Bank Stabilization, Ball Mountain Lake, Jamaica, VT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to stabilize two hundred and ten feet (210’) of stream bank along the Winhall Brook. This stream bank restoration will follow the standard practices in the Vermont Rivers and Roads Field Manual, which will be provided as an attachment. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about February 6, 2025. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
