Description:
The County of Greenville is seeking proposals for UNIT 4 CELL 5 LINER CONSTRUCTION AT TWIN CHIMNEYS LANDFILL. A 8.6 acre base liner construction (1x10-5 cm/sec clay, GCL, 60-mil HDPE, geocomposite, protective cover, leachate collection pipes). Contractor will be responsible for construction quality control (CQC) and surveying. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting August 5, 2026, 10:30 AM EDT at Twin Chimney’s Landfill, 11075 Augusta Road, Honea Path, SC 29654.
