CITY OF KILLEEN, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Killeen will receive statements of qualifications for Design-Build Services for Police Department Evidence Building, Parks Maintenance Building, and Fleet Maintenance Building electronically through the City’s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 20, 2025 . Submittals shall be plainly marked with the name and address of the respondent and labeled “RFQ NO. 25-21 , Design-Build Services for Police Department Evidence Building, Parks Maintenance Building, and Fleet Maintenance Building , 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 20, 2025 .

Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

Proposer's may register and submit proposals electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/login .

An optional pre-qualification conference will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 3201-A South W.S. Young Drive Killeen, TX 76542 .

Questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), through Tuesday, February 4, 2025 , at 2:00 pm . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site. It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
