The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for clearing of permanent utility easements for the City of Lynchburg Department of Water Resources. The locations and estimated costs of the various projects under this contract are unknown and subject to vary dependent on the Cityâs budget and asset prioritization at any point in time. No guarantee can be made as to the number or size of projects that may be assigned under this contract. The City reserves the right to bid individual jobs or seek quotes as deemed necessary.
