Notice is hereby given that the City of Killeen will receive sealed bids for Stagecoach Road Reconstruction electronically through the City’s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 20, 2025 . Mailed bid submissions must be plainly marked with the name and address of the bidder and “BID NO. 25-22 , Stagecoach Road Reconstruction , 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 20, 2025 ”.

Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

An optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 3201-A South W.S. Young Drive Killeen, TX 76542

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
