Description
The Kansas Department of Education is seeking competitive proposals to provide evaluation services for the Kansas 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Grant program. The Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) anticipates the evaluator will complete an evaluation of the Kansas 21st CCLC programs to include, but not limited to the following components: collect and analyze statistical data, assess results from surveys, conduct interviews, and provide annual summary reports and recommendations over a three-year period and a final state evaluation by the end of contract date
