The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services partnering with the Dept. of Transportation (DOT) intends to renew existing agreement with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. The annual renewal provides software licensing, maintenance and support related to DOT’s Highway Pavement Management Application (HPMA) software. This contract is for a 12 month term. The Minnesota Department of Transportation's Highway Pavement Management Application (HPMA) is a software system used to identify, evaluate, and prioritize pavement needs across the state's highway network.

Because Stantec Consulting Services Inc. retains exclusive ownership, copyright and trademark of their proprietary product and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through third party entities.
