Notice is hereby given that TOOELE CITY CORPORATION (OWNER) will accept bids for the 2026 Oquirrh Hills
Golf Course Clubhouse Repair Project.
The 2026 Oquirrh Hills Golf Course Clubhouse Repair Project consists of repairs to the following Work
elements:
1. Roof inspection and replacement / repair of damaged roof fasteners; removal and replacement of
all existing roof penetration boots and seals, and the addition of new snow retaining rails above
all building entrances.
2. Upper Roof Dormer and Roof Section consisting of the removal and replacement of existing
fascia and rain gutter, furnish and installation of new fascia and soffit, rain gutter and Corten
weathering steel siding panels.
3. Lower Roof Section consisting of the removal and replacement of existing fascia, rain gutter and
downspouts and the installation of new fascia and soffit, rain gutter and downspouts.
Note: All Bidders are required to field verify the existing and proposed quantities and scope
of work to be completed, and include all work as part of the respective Bid Schedule lump
sum price.
Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in Room 227, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices
located at 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 until 2:00 PM on Thursday October 29, 2026, and then at said
office publicly opened and read aloud.
Project Specifications will be issued in digital format (PDF), and may be obtained by contacting Tooele City
Parks Department, 255 South 100 East, Tooele, Utah 84074 beginning Friday October 9, 2026 during office
hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by calling (435) 843-2143.
Prospective BIDDERS are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference which will be held at the Oquirrh Hills
Golf Course, located at 1255 East Vine Street, Tooele, Utah at 1:00 PM on Thursday October 22, 2026, the
object of the conference is to acquaint BIDDERs with the site conditions, specifications, and to answer any
questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid;
to award schedules separately or together to contractors, or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid
in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
