The purpose of this RFP is to procure technical consulting services to update the TransAction Long Range Transportation Plan for Northern Virginia to support future updates of the Authorityâs Six Year Program, and to provide similar technical and communications services for other NVTA initiatives. The additional task, for continued BRT analysis, is a non-optional part of this RFP. NVTA will be committing resources for communications oversight focused on quality control for consistency in messaging, branding, formatting, and quality. The price proposal should be separately bound from the Technical Proposal.
