TITLE: Towing and Motorist Assistance Services at John F. Kennedy
International Airport - One Year Contract
DESCRIPTION: The Contractor is required to provide all equipment, materials, supplies
and labor to perform Towing and storage services, Emergency services,
and motorist assistance services at JFK as further stipulated in these
Specifications. The Contractor shall perform all Work in accordance with
all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Contractor
shall provide these services seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours
a day, including Holidays. No additional compensation will be provided
to the Contractor for services provided on Holidays.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the
provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-
4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that
for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full and
