University Engagement Platform

Binghamton University is seeking proposals for our University Engagement Platform for a period of five years.

Currently Binghamton University utilizes an engagement platform that houses 714 active organizations as of July 1, 2025 (student clubs plus University offices/departments). During the 2024-2025 academic year, the platform housed over 11,300 events in the system. This demonstrates the scale and complexity that any new platform must accommodate.

The University's goal is to maintain a comprehensive central hub for student engagement that connects students with campus activities, organizations, and opportunities. The platform must provide powerful tools for university departments, offices, and student groups to promote events, track attendance, deploy surveys and elections, manage members efficiently, and verify service hours. The system must also support seamless information sharing with other campus applications and reduce administrative burden through digital workflows. Additionally, the platform must enable comprehensive data analytics and reporting capabilities to inform strategic decision-making, assess program effectiveness, and support institutional goals related to student success and engagement outcomes.
