Three Ford Vehicles (One Ford Explorer and Two Ford Edge's)

Bid Announcement – Vehicle Purchase

The Town of Yorktown Police Department is seeking itemized quotes for the purchase of three (3) vehicles, as follows:

• One (1) Ford Explorer

• Two (2) Ford Edge's

All vehicles must be Model year 2022 or newer and must have less than 37,000 miles.

Please refer to the attached specifications document for detailed and mandatory requirements, including specific vehicle features, components, and accessories.

No substitutions will be accepted. All quoted items must fully comply with the specifications provided.

• Quotes must be itemized, showing the individual price per vehicle and the total price for all three vehicles.

• Quotes must clearly indicate whether shipping is included.

  • If shipping is not included, the shipping cost must be listed separately.

• All vehicles must:

  • Pass a New York State Safety Inspection, and

  • Pass an internal safety inspection conducted by the Yorktown Police Department mechanic.

To be eligible, bidders must meet the following criteria:

• All three vehicles must be in stock at the time of the bid submission.

• Bidders must be located within 20 miles of:

  1 Captain Kenneth Sgroi Plaza, Yorktown, NY 10598

If any vehicle fails to meet the internal inspection criteria, the Town of Yorktown Police Department reserves the right to terminate the bid award and go to the next lowest bidder or re-solicit the bid.
