ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for the Greenville Port Commission - Project No. PMM-25(006) will be received by
the Greenville Port Terminal, 2701 Harbor Front Road, Greenville, MS, 38701 until 9:00 am (CST), August
19, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be tabulated and presented to
the Greenville Port Commission at its next regular meeting.
The Project includes the following: Furnishing of a new 4-wheel drive diesel scissor lift.
Printed or electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Hooker Engineering Services,
Inc., 1000 Washington Avenue, Greenville, MS 38701, 662-334-1865 or info@hookerengineering.com.
Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including
addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, procedures, and contract award, refer to the
Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
The Greenville Port Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the
Greenville Port Commission.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.
