NON-PERSONAL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR OPERATING ROOM ASSISTANT (SURGICAL SCRUB TECHNICIAN)

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has a requirement to one (1) Operating Room Assistants (Scrub Technician). The position will work FTE. Services will be performed in accordance to the attached Statement of work. The Period of Performance will base period for 6 months with an option to extend and additional 6 months.

Estimated base: 03/03/2025 to 09/02/2025, Option to extend: 09/03/2025 to 03/02/2026

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of 1250.

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1508521 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the statement of work, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on February 24, 2025 no later.
