Orientation and Mobility Services

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is a state agency that empowers Ohioans with disabilities through employment, disability determination, and independence.

A) The award shall be made to the Contractor offering the lowest overall cost for each county. For evaluation purposes, the overall cost shall be defined as the combined total of the Orientation and Mobility report fee and the Workplace Familiarization hourly rate for each county. This combined cost basis will be used uniformly for all Contractors to ensure a consistent and transparent award determination.

B) OOD will base awards on Contractors that are responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) Exhibit B - OOD Orientation and Mobility Financial Response Form must be attached in your OhioBuys submission.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
