Food Services Concessionaire / Commercial Kitchen Operator
At the Wood-Ridge Athletic Complex
The Borough of Wood-Ridge seeks a qualified concessionaire to operate and provide food services at the Commercial Kitchen Facility at the Wood-Ridge Athletic Complex. The Operator must provide a Refreshment Stand Function during events at the Complex. The Operator will also be permitted to utilize the Kitchen for private Commercial Functions such as off-premises catering, “ghost kitchen” for take-out & delivery services, take-out & delivery restaurant, etc. The Operator will also be required to operate and provide food services at a second off-site location – the snack stand at the Donna Ricker Memorial Field at Wood-Ridge High School – on specified dates and times as detailed in the RFP.
Responses are due to the Borough Clerk by July 1, 2026 at 10am.
