RFP ERO DO #26-F-4-25/26 - Behavioral Health Diversion Initiative for the Department of Juvenile Services
Carroll County Government (the County), through the CCDSC and the Local Management Board (LMB) for Children, Youth, and Families, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids to subcontract services funded by the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS). The purpose of this RFP is to identify providers to implement DJS’s Behavioral Health Diversion Initiative to support DJS participants and their families in Carroll County by facilitating access to clinical and community-based services that help prevent future delinquent behavior. Contract award is subject to the approval and availability of DJS funding for FY27 and approval of the Carroll County Commissioners.
