The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for McNeilus Refuse Body Parts and Services. Bidder must have a service component. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $300,000.00 per year. Responses

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than January 29, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. to Natalie Santaniello at nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
