This is a sole-brand bid, no substitutions will be accepted. This bid is to establish an open agency contract for one (1) year with four (4) - one (1) year optional renewals. The quantities listed are estimates only for annual purchase. No quantities or monetary value are guaranteed. The price quoted must include patch application as well as all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. No additional charges will be allowed. No minimum quantity requirements will be accepted.

Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid. Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/.

No bonds are required for this bid. Liability insurance in the amounts listed on the eRFQ instruction document will be required. Immigration and security will be required because of customization (patch application).

The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
