The South Central Regional Council of Governments (SCRCOG) seeks the services of one or more consultants for the following transportation planning studies: Multi-Town Pavement Management Study; Valley Service Road Safety and Traffic Calming Study; and Wallingford Intersection Safety Improvements Study.
