The renovations include interior work of bringing the building to ADA code compliance, by converting two toilet rooms into a single ADA compliant toilet, adding interior signage, exterior ramp, plumbing at new fixtures, upgrades to HVAC, upgrading LED lighting, exterior lighting for ramp, power/data drops for office, relocation interior doors/and infilling of original openings, renovating kitchenette, and finish upgrades to the building including new flooring, base, paint, and new ceilings as documented.
