The City of Kirksville, Missouri is requesting proposals for photography services for the Parks and Recreation Department’s youth baseball and softball programs, including the Kirksville Baseball and Softball Leagues (KBSL), and the Little Sluggers Tee Ball program.

All proposals are to be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025. Proposals received after this date and time will be considered null and void and will not receive further consideration.
