This solicitation is to establish contracts with qualified contractors to perform general construction services for building renovations and facility upgrades at Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) facilities located throughout Prince George’s County and Montgomery County, Maryland. The awarded contractors will provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, expertise, and incidentals to perform work in accordance with all terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation, and Task Order statements of work.
