RFP 24-25-06 Professional Services to Update Visalia's Active Transportation Plan Deadline: 05/13/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified firms or teams for Active Transportation Planning Services to develop an update to the City of Visalia's current Active Transportation Plan. The scope of this proposal will be to assist the City of Visalia in analyzing and documenting baseline conditions of the City's overall transportation network, actively engaging in the community engagement process, developing design concepts and recommendations to improve multi modal transportation city wide.
