The City of San Leandro, through its Human Services Department, invites proposals for qualified operators of a Rental Assistance (Shallow Subsidy) Program. The program aims to prevent homelessness among extremely low-income households (30% Area Median Income or below), offering modest, ongoing rental assistance to stabilize housing for individuals and families at risk of eviction.
