| Description: | The City of La Crosse, Wisconsin, has received authorization for funding from the Carbon Reduction Program to design and improve infrastructure along 2nd Street in the City of La Crosse. The City is seeking to select a consultant for design engineering services. Upon successful negotiations with the selected firm, the City will enter into a two-party Design Engineering Services Agreement with the consultant. The roadway facility is 2nd Street, from La Crosse St to Market St. The selected consultant will provide all necessary reports, prepare and submit all necessary applications and permitting materials, facilitate agency coordination, prepare any required right-of-way plats, and prepare and submit construction plans, specifications, and estimates. |
