Strasburg WWTP Sludge Removal

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online by West Bradford Township via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at which time they will be opened online and posted via PennBid for:
WEST BRADFORD TOWNSHIP
STRASBURG WWTP SLUDGE REMOVAL
The project consists of dredging the sludge from the treatment lagoon at the Strasburg Corridor Wastewater Treatment Plant and the subsequent dewatering, transportation, and legal disposal of the collected sludge.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of West Bradford Township, or a Bid Bond in favor of West Bradford Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project.
A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the date, time, and location indicated in Article 5 of the Instructions to
Bidders provided on PennBid.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
West Bradford Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
