Outline of Work: The City is requesting bid proposals for architectural and engineering services to layout and design new public works building(s) at the present location of the existing facility. The existing facility has a range of buildings, some of which are newer and are expected to remain, while others are well beyond their useful life and need to be replaced with modern facilities to serve current and future needs for the Public Works Department and users of the site.
