Description:

Contractor will prepare an assessment report of the barriers, challenges, and impediments limiting the deployment and development of clean energy projects that support strategies to advance California¿s energy and climate goals as identified in CARB Scoping Plan. This assessment would also provide valuable information that would help the state to evaluate current methods and build strategies for improving project delivery at a systemic level.
