RFP – Lakeshore Drive Landscaping

December 11, 2025

The City of Muskegon’s Economic Development Department on behalf of the Lakeside Business Improvement District and Corridor Improvement Authority is seeking quotes from qualified landscaping vendors for seasonal decorative planters along Lakeshore Drive within the Lakeside Business District. A map is linked and attached with the locations of the planters pinned.

Proposals should be placed inside a marked, sealed envelope, addressed to the City of Muskegon with the title of the project address on the outside of the envelope along with the bidder’s name. All qualified landscaping firms are encouraged to apply.

The City of Muskegon reserves the right to accept and/or reject any, all or a portion of the submitted proposal. Completed proposal packets must be returned to the City Clerk’s Office by no later than 2:00pm, on Thursday, January 15, 2025 at Muskegon City Hall.
