The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest (SW) District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the plant/quarry pickup of various aggregate materials from various quarries by MoDOT SW staff and trucks on an 'as needed/if needed' basis beginning January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026, with three (3) one-year renewals. This bid is for pick-up price only, NOT delivery; however, there is a delivery question included in bid. When materials are needed, MoDOT SW will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as cost, availability, and project proximity to the plant location. This bid will be awarded on a "multiple award" basis.
