Opportunities Description
Network Contracting Office 12 Milwaukee, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is publishing Request for Lease Proposal 36C25225R0030, which is unrestricted for full and open competition. The VA is seeking medical office space to operate the Rockford Community Program, Compensated Work Therapy, and Home Based Primary Care. The new space will accommodate staff and veterans, the desired occupancy is estimated to be November 1st, 2025.
A maximum of 5,069 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) square feet (SF) of space is desired for use by the VA in Rockford, Illinois. VA will consider space available in existing buildings, preferably on the first (1st) floor.
Parking Requirements are stated in RLP 36C25225R0030.
Lease Term: A Fully serviced lease is desired for the term of twenty (20) years with ten (10) years firm, 10 years soft.
