Description of Work:
Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFTAD) has implemented an Enterprise Web Content Management System (EWCMS) across 200+ websites that are managed around the world.
The OpenText (formerly Interwoven) product supports internet and intranet web site management. The EWCMS section maintains and continues to evolve the solution which consists of software tools, methods and best practices. An emphasis is placed on the reusability of design ideas, development of components and models, information management structures and business procedures.
A full range of services is provided to meet client requests. Typical activities include analysis of information architecture, business functional and technical requirements, configuration and development, testing, and post implementation support.
