| Solicitation Document Description: | This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Association of Community Centres (AOCC) Facilities and Operations Plan, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables): |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
.1 Suppliers must have proven experience delivering strategic planning studies that integrate facilities, operations, asset management, financial and implementation planning. Suppliers must complete Form C Experience Requirements (Section 4.2.3 in Ariba) and upload their PDFs files of their completed projects in a zip folder labeled with the Supplier's name:
• Up to three (3) project examples most comparable to this assignment • At least one (1) of the three (3) project examples must demonstrate development of a long-term capital investment strategy supported by affordability analysis and alternative funding approaches for a municipality, public agency, or community infrastructure portfolio. • Each project example must: o have been substantially completed within the last seven (7) years prior to the RFP Closing Date; o have had a minimum consulting contract value of $200,000 CAD, excluding applicable taxes (or equivalent value if completed outside Canada); and o have been performed with the Supplier acting as the lead consultant. The City reserves the right to request contact references identified by the Suppliers to verify compliance with this mandatory technical requirement. |
