Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Apex on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 in Conference Room of the Town of Apex Public Works Operations, Building A at 105-A Upchurch Street, Apex, NC 27502; attn: Matt Wetherell, Facilities & Grounds Manager; up to 2:00 pm and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for the construction of Apex Public Safety Station #4 HVAC Renovation.
This is a re-advertisement from a recently bid project, so there is not a pre-bid meeting. Please see addendum documents on the GeoCivix site to see responses to previously received questions.
