Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids for:

Campbell County Courthouse N. Elevator Replacement

Will be received by Campbell County Public Works, at the Public Works office located at 500 South Gillette Avenue, Suite 1400, Gillette Wyoming 82716 until 2:00 pm on the 10th day of November 2025 and then opened and publicly read aloud.

The Bidding Documents will be made available in the following manner:

Electronic PDF copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained free of charge by contacting Schutz Foss Architects, P.C. at (406) 252-9218 beginning on October 20, 2025.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the project site; meet at the Public Works Department, 500 South Gillette Ave., Suite 1400, Gillette Wyoming.  Prime bidders are required to attend and participate in the pre-bid meeting.
