Bid Synopsis: The Department of Corrections, on behalf of The Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE), is requesting bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide bull semen products and/or professional Artificial Insemination Services (AIS) on an as-needed basis. In addition, vendors shall provide ongoing genetic consultation services to support dairy and beef herd improvement initiatives, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFB. These services will support dairy cattle located at the State Farms and are intended to enhance overall herd performance through informed genetic selection and reproductive management.
