The City of Springfield Parks & Recreation Dept. is seeking to obtain a price agreement for the rental of portable toilets. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year with Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid falls under M.G.L. c.30B § 5 and other procurement statutes.
All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before March 19, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. (lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
