NOTICE TO OFFERORS:

This Addendum forms a part of the above-referenced IFB and modifies the original solicitation documents as described below. All other terms, conditions, and requirements remain unchanged.

Changed to: This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being issued by the Eddy County Procurement Administrator on behalf of Eddy County Public Works Department.

V. RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS - B. NUMBER OF COPIES

Eddy County will also accept hand-delivered bids, provided they are submitted in a sealed envelope and meet all applicable submission requirements and deadlines specified in the "Sequence of Events". All bids must be received on or before the stated closing date and time.

Bids may be delivered to the Procurement Administrator at the address above or submitted in person at the Public Bid Opening identified in the "Sequence of Events" section.

Offeror/Bidder Acknowledgment

Interested Offerors / Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by completing the acknowledgement block below and including it with their proposal/bid submission. Failure to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum may render the Offeror / Bidder's submission nonresponsive.

Other Provisions

Except as modified by this Addendum, all terms and conditions of the original Solicitation remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the original Solicitation and this Addendum, the Addendum shall govern. The CPO for Eddy County reserves the right to issue further addenda, to revise or cancel the solicitation in accordance with the Procurement Code provisions on rejection or cancellation of solicitations.
