One-Time Landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the Hawthorne DMV Field Office.  Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
1- Mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through is required.
2- Contractor must have: a C-27, Landscaping Contractor License, issued by the Contractors State License Board.

Estimated budget cost $34,414.00 for three (3) year term.
Current contract and cost: Parkwood Landscape Maintenance, Inc. One time landscape cleanup service $413.00-one-time payment.
Weekly landscape Maintenance $825.00 per month and yearly maintenance service $413.00 per year.
Total bid amount $31,352.00
