Contractor shall perform injury prevention and mitigation, rehabilitation exercise services, and human performance optimization services to rated personnel assigned to the 142d Wing (142 WG), Portland, OR, USA, as part of the Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Optimizing the Human Weapons System (OHWS) initiative.
