REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FINANCIAL ADVISOR The ECFSA is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified financial advisors. The Authority seeks advice and assistance regarding the following services: Analyzing financial issues or options; assist in developing timetables for various debt issuances; monitoring market conditions; review and evaluation of various financing proposals. The contract is for a three-year term.
