Description: Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority 295 Main St. Suite 946 Buffalo, NY 14203 (716)608-2271 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR BOND AND DISCLOSURE COUNSEL The ECFSA is soliciting firms through a Request for Proposals (RFP) to serve as bond and disclosure counsel, providing advice and assistance regarding matters of public finance and disclosure associated with the issuance of bonds, notes and other debt obligations. The contract is for a three-year term.
