There is a mandatory site visit at the Hulbert Marshal/EMS Building, 410 S. Rogers Ave., Hulbert, OK 74441 on Monday, November 03, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CT. If a company is interested in the project, but unable to attend the mandatory site visit as stated, there will be an opportunity to meet the requirement on, Tuesday, November 04, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CT by contacting Marty Kimble @ (918) 570-9072 to schedule.

Bids must be received on or before Monday, November 17, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, HULBERT MARSHAL/EMS BUILDING EXPANSION”. A Public Bid Opening will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. in the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464.

Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
