Purchase of Air Monitoring Equipment Spare Parts

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to purchase parts for air monitoring equipment, including particulate matter analyzers, ozone, carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, and sulfur dioxide continuous gas analyzers, for Teledyne API air quality monitoring equipment, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6).
